WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork is an active form of meditation that awakens our energy body to help us recognize, clear and heal emotional debris.

It helps us release stress, anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, physical tension and pain.

It takes us out of our heads and pulls us into our bodies, connecting us to our own power source, so that we can harness and direct it to the places where we need the greatest healing.

Most importantly, it’s a profound heart-healer, softening and opening us up, and teaching us how to love ourselves deeply.

WHY STRANGE MAGICK?

The first time I did breathwork. I remember opening my eyes and staring at my hands in amazement. I was holding energy in between my hands! I couldn't see anything in between them, but I couldn't put my hands together, because a powerful force, like spinning electricity, was pushing them apart. I very quickly understood that this was MY energy. I had generated all of it from inside my body. It was my own power.

It was strange. It was MAGICK.

I spell magick with a "k" at the end, to differentiate from the kind of magic magicians do (like card tricks and pulling rabbits out of hats). The magick I'm talking about comes from within each of us.

It's our life-force--our energy body. 

When our magick is stagnant or restricted, whether from stress, anger, grief, or trauma it often feels like a heaviness--like we're stuck and can't find our way out of it. It can also make us feel anxious and powerless.

Sometimes we even get really sick. Our emotions play such a huge role in our well-being!


I'm here to support and guide you on your breathwork journey to a state where you are awake, aware and fully present in your body. And your magick flows freely!
